Associate professor and master tutor, got his Ph.D in the major of communication and information system of Beihang University in 2002. In 2003, he engaged in post-doctoral research in State Key Laboratory of Pattern Recognition, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences(CASIA).In 2005, he was formally joined in the staff of CASIA .In project accomplishments, he has taken over 1 National "12th Five-Year" key project of naval equipment advanced research，1 Foreign Ministry key research project, 1 key project of Civil Aerospace of Science and Engineering Bureau, 1 subitem of the major research project of National Science Foundation of China. And he has applied for 28 patents for invention and 14 software copyrights. In 2011, he was employed as the assistant to chief engineer of Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The project “multi-media data intelligent processing” lead by him has been applied practically in different fields. And the results were highly recognized by these users. In March, 2015, he was employed as the executive director in Tianjin Academy for Intelligent Recognition Technologies. He is responsible for developing new direction for the whole company. The recent specific project “construction of risk assessment and decision support platform for international capacity cooperation” charged by him has already gained many supports from National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is now making efforts in integrating high quality resources from Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, People’s University, Nankai University and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation. This new project is made to customize national risk assessment model, industry research model as well as international opinion analysis model. Furthermore, it could be used as the intelligent detection, identification, forecast and early warning platform for national overseas investment risk. With the application of intelligent recognition technologies, the intelligent level of China’s think tank could be quickly upgraded, and the risk control level of “going out” enterprises could be higher.
