Associate researcher, master supervisor. In 2002, he received a doctorate in communication and information systems from Beihang University. In 2003, he engaged in postdoctoral research in the State Key Laboratory of Pattern Recognition, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and worked in the Institute in 2005. Participated in multiple projects of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Science and Technology, Science and Industry Bureau, National Natural Science Foundation of China，Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Association for Science and Technology. 28 invention patents were applied and 14 software copyrights were approved. In 2011, he served as the chief engineer assistant of the Institute of Automation. The research achievements "all media big data intelligent processing" had been applied in many specific business fields, and the system application effect had been highly recognized by the core business departments of many important users. In March 2015, he also served as the executive director of Tianjin Academy for Intelligent Recognition Technologies, responsible for the development and industrialization of the Academy in new directions, and was approved as a leading talent for innovation in Tianjin Binhai New Area in 2019. At present, he is integrating the open source big data, big business of think tanks, big data of enterprise cases, big data of satellite remote sensing, etc., and merging the practical experience of the experts in the cooperation think tank, and the first step out of the operation experience of the executives.
