Biography

Dong Jing, Ph.D., Research Fellow, master tutor, director of “Artificial Intelligence and Robot Education Joint Laboratory” of CASIA Intelligent Star. Mainly engaged in the research work of pattern recognition and image processing, computer vision, multimedia content security, has published nearly 50 academic papers in international authoritative journals and academic conferences, applied for 18 invention patents and software copyright, has authorized 11 patents, 3 international patent. She presided over or mainly participated in more than 30 national and provincial scientific research projects, such as the National 863 plan, the 973 Plan, the science and technology support plan, the key R & D plan, and the National Natural Science Foundation. She is a member of the youth innovation promotion association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the American Institute of electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Senior member, outstanding member of China artificial intelligence society; Deputy Secretary General and director of China Artificial Intelligence Society (2014 present); Deputy Secretary General and director of China Image Graphics Society (2016 present); member of computer vision Professional Committee of China computer society, member of pattern recognition special committee of China artificial intelligence society, member of vision big data and many numbers of China Image Graphics Society Member of media forensics Committee, member of Hybrid Intelligence Committee of China automation society, director of Beijing Institute of image graphics, young member (2012 present), Executive Committee of IEEE Asia Pacific region (2010-20112017 present), chairman of women engineers Committee, IEEE MGA Member of vtools Committee (2016-2017), Executive Committee of IEEE Beijing Branch (2010-2017), expert of intelligent society and intelligent economic system analysis special committee of China Society for social economic system analysis and research, and guidance expert of Haidian stem education system innovation center of Chinese Academy of education. She was awarded the 2016 IBM faculty award. She is currently the editor in chief of IAPR newsletter and the Journal of information security and application of Elsevier International Journal, she was the deputy editor in chief of image processing, an International Journal of IET, and served as the chairman of the Organizing Committee of IEEE youth computing and Communication Technology Conference (2009, 2010), the co chairman of the Organizing Committee of China Artificial Intelligence Conference (2015, 2016, 2017), and other related academic conferences in this field at home and abroad.
